I guess caffeine is doing its tricks by keeping my eyes wide open.

Other than that, Life has been good.
Getting better.

Its a blessing.

My new job has offer me a chance to see people from different angle.
A bunch of highly educated people.
And I learn not to judge a person by its profession.
Haha. yeah, there are just too many Doctors that aren't really noble in their nature.

I must admit I lost count of days when come to Blogging.
I literally stop this whole thing.
This whole Blogging thing.

Many has happened through out this few months.

"I found myself an aged soul with much sadness" - Joie, My brother in law said this in his Facebook and I thought this phrase reflects much of myself as well.

Seriously, Life has been a bloody ass hole.

It has took you away and my whole world will never be the same, again.
I still cry when I think of you.
I still mourn when I can't sleep at night.
It hurts so much, knowing you've been carrying these burdens all these years.
And I am sorry, I am sorry that I couldn't take these weight away from you.

But Life, Life did that favor for you.

Dad, 25 years is never enough.
I hope I have made you proud, though my achievement is limited.
I hope you will forgive my stubbornness.
I hope you remember and enjoy our companionship, over dining table, over family trips, and over every meal that you bring me along.
I wish you joy and peacefulness.

Oh man, I am terrible in Blogging.
This is not even weekly anymore.
Its now Monthly! >_

I was driving and I saw a Van stop at the center of the road,
without knowing what happened and that the traffic is obviously stop.
I put my hand on the center of my steering and am ready to give it a good push.

And then I halt for a while,
I count in my heart,:" 1.....2.....3......"
Then I saw an Old Lady, pushing a small trolley, trying to wheel her belonging cross the street.

I'm embarrassed.
*But thank god I didn't horn her.

Being son of my dad for almost 25 years now,
I have a radar inside me that can detect his weather.
you can prepare yourself when bad weather comes. (*of course not everyday)
or at least mentally.

When someone(*anyone!) is in bad mood you can foresee how ridiculous comment blast to your way.
without any reason.

you can feel very upset.
and angry, sometimes.
and he doesn't necessary have to be family members.
Colleague are sometimes the ultimate one.

When it happens.
I count in my heart:" 1.....2......3....."

and amazingly.
The anger is now halved.

Emotions is under control.

Same goes for shopping.
when we have the urge, so strong.

We count for 3 seconds
if after that you feel that the desire is not that strong no more.

COngratulations,
you just save your pocket from unnecessary damage.

of course you can still carry on and purchase if it doesn't work.
Obviously the item is too attractive.

few days ago I come to realize that one of My college friend has passed away due to Road Accident.
I felt deeply sorry for such Tragic incident.
He was a Great Friend.
And everyone who knows him, knows how hard he work in his field.

RIP Royce. May your Soul are at peace.

I also get to know from a friend that, one of my Primary School friend has passed away 5 years Ago.
yeah, 5 years ago
due to Lung Cancer.
He doesn't smoke, he just got it.
and it claims his life.

Its Heavy,
to understand how fragile Life is..

You just never know what will happen on next minutes.
Don't forget to tell your loved ones how much you Love them.

New York- Sleepless

Before I find out why they say New York Never Sleep,
I realise that me myself is sleepless at night. Hahaha
The Time difference and Jet Lag giving me hard time to cope and adjust to the local time.
So I ended up staying awake whole night.
Editing pictures.
Playing Games.

Basically,
Wasting life. XD

Am taking a half time break now,
Am going out later to explore more about the city.
So far I've covered Broklyn Bridge, Manhattan Bridge,

Just came back from New Delhi,
Wao the weather is extreme! 42 degrees by day and 39 degrees by night.

At such weather and such crazy environment where contagious disease is everywhere,
fundamental vitamins and healthy diet plays a big role in keeping us healthy.

An apple a day keeps the doctor away~

Guess this amount of apple will keep doctor out of Job. haha

Had some very nice Indian Food.
One of the very common dish of Indian Vegetarian is cottage cheese.
And they goes pretty well with Bryani Rice. =)

Indian Style of Hand Roll. It contains mint sauce, vegetables, Eggs, etc.

Something sweet is always a pleasant way to end the lovely meal. This is Blackcurrent Chocolate Cake.

My life has been so routine, that I can hardly find anything to blog about. haha~
so I always post pictures.

I did a mistake in my Job,
Letting my anger and emotion out.
And I remember some one told me,

Sometimes its Crazy to look back and realise how fast time has passed!
I've been in the Job for 2 years now.

I am lucky
Be it able to expose myself to different culture, or indulge myself in the Food that more than often drive me Crazy! :P

Its 7am now.
I just came back from a 8 hours flight.
I was in Melbourne.

Had two beers before I watch UEFA Game,
had a quarter pounder burger before the game ends.
The next thing I realise, its 6 am.

I then sleep through the whole day.
I woke up 5:30pm in the afternoon found out that the sun has set.
Argh! screw the Jet lag.
I just sleep whenever I care.

I work,I eat,I sleep.

Took my camera out, to capture the beauty of the city.
running here and there,
Kids was making some racism remarks.
I was too focus, I didn't care.

Cold?
Its 7 degrees Celsius.
I was frozen. Inside out.

Had some not so nice Vietnamese Vermicelli with Pork.
Warm myself up with a few cups of hot chinese tea.

And then..

Its time to work!
took my shower,
change to my attire..

Stand the cold. Vancouver

Its a Perfect day, with perfect weather for a bunch of tourist. :P

we wasn't plan to go Skiing, No.
So we didn't bring proper cloths. No we didn't.

It turns out quite funny that when we arrive in Whistler, Everybody was in Serious armor suit. The real Thick bubble jacket, the thick ice walking shoes and seriously Cool Goggles that cuts out the shining Sun light.

And we are in, sneakers with jeans and Jacket.

Haha~ Its Super cold, that day was -3 degrees if not mistaken,
But its the wind that kills!

Nevertheless, I had fun over there!
Whistler is a famous tourist spot with estimated 15k people visiting everyday!
A popular skiing spot just next to Blackcomb mountain.

The Tour member,

Big Head, Lawrence, Sherine, Anabelle, Jennifer and Tony.

We rented a Dodge at Vancouver and drive our way to Whistler!
The journey from Vancouver to Whistler was roughly 2 hours, and the big spacious Dodge MPV make a comfortable journey. *Thanks to Tony who drive us there! :D

The cable car from Whistler Village takes us up the mountain. The whole journey took around 20 minutes. And it was a comfortable one, cos we get to see the Nice snowy mountain.

Not to be confused with trees, those are man. haha

Nothing much at the peak, there was a Restaurant and few souvenir shops at the peak providing shelter from the cold weather. And a bunch of Ski-ers. :D

I was in Italy for roughly 5 days.
Was eagerly looking forward to this trip cos I know the Long stay is the best chance for me to tour around Italy!

Our 1st Stop, Sorrento!
Its a small town located to the south of Rome.
It is famous with the nice scenery. It is one of the favorite tourist spot every summer.
It was freezing when we visited sorrento.

We spend one night at sorrento and then we took a train to the famous Ruin of Pompeii.
Pompeii is a Roman Town City that was burried 1700 years ago, by the volcanic ashes of Vesuvius.
People in the town city died instantly, and after years of excavation, many victim's body was found from underneath the ground and are well preserved!

I spent my Chinese new year eve and first few days in Milan.
But it was definitely one of the best trip I ever gone to. :)

I went out with colleagues and the small walking around the town was really an eye opener!
I didn't do much on the touched down day,
went out on the 2nd day, to Duomo. (Town area of Milan)

Dubai, and Turkish Food

Just got back from 7 days Dubai Istanbul trip.
This is not my first time to Dubai but definitely the first time that I go out and tour around.

If you ask me whats my impression of Dubai,
I would say its a city made possible by overwhelm wealth.
They hire the Top designer, constructor, Engineer, labor from different countries, and creates record after another.
World's Only 7 Star Hotel, World Tallest Hotel, World Island, Palm Island, Dubai Marina, and now they are building the world Tallest Building, The Dubai Tower.
The current height of Burj Dubai is 707 meters.

Just in case you have no idea how tall it is,
Tour guide says it takes 47 seconds to reach the ground if you fell from the tip of the building. and if you so happened to Spread your Arm and Legs when you are falling, Congratulations! you just extend the fall time to 1 minutes and 7 seconds.

Been away from my Blog for awhile.
within this period I t to Los Angeles, Japan Tokyo, Penang and now finally back to Singapore. :)

went to Japan, revisit the place I call paradise! :D
Tsikiji Fish Market, in order to catch the event of TUNA fish bidding session, decided to go there in morning 5am.
But when I get there the session is already over, only manage to capture the scene where fish lying around. lol

True, more than often that we work too hard, run too fast towards the Goal that we try to achieved, and neglect what's beautiful along the journey.

We forgot to slow down and enjoy the beautiful scene along the way.

I read a passage in a Chinese news paper that saying:

"I always looking for a pair of better shoes,
until I see someone without a pair of leg."

I can't agree more.

Its the festival of lantern, and moon cake.
I called Mum and Dad in the evening,

This is not my first time to Germany.
I was here few times,but never travel out from Frankfurt.

But this time I am gonna do some sight seeing.
First let me introduce the four tour members,

We travel to Heidelberg, a city in Baden-Württemberg, Germany.
As on 2006, 140,000 people live within the city's 109 square kilometres (42 sq mi) area. (Quoted from Wikipedia)
We travel there by train and it took us around 1.5 hours to reach.

Let me tell you,I have exactly the same question in my mind when I decided to travel there.
Sue Ann said:"We can visit the Castle"
Ohh yeah! Castle! I did some research and found out that the heidelberg castle was build on 12 century.
And it is a........castle. Castle is built for Royalty, in another word, King's House.
The name of the Prince or King is too god damn long.
The Phillip III,Rector VI..and on and on..

behind me is the castle.

we do not know what to do and decided to have some Bollywood play,rolling on the grass, etc etc.
I'm not quite sure what are they doing though. haha

And then? Lunch Time!

Every time I pack my luggage and go for a long flight.
People will always wonder how I survive without a Cargo Bag.
yeah,cos I do not have one,for nearly 1 year flying.

But finally,my first ever Cargo Bag is arrived.

Came back from Johannesburg yesterday and knocked out for 7 hours.
Then last night I slept for 9 hours more.
Guess I can feel that my body is weakened by the rapid flying schedule.
Must take more healthy food and will bring my Gym gear to Frankfurt.
They have Nice Gym facilities there.

Food,Sleep,Travel,seems like many people's dream.
I think I shouldn't complaint too much.

Just back from Penang.
Catch some rest and good food this trip.

As usual,I miss my baby girl so much.
^^
She's been around since I was 11.

Her name is DODO. =)

Guess that make her 12 years old this year.and Dog's age is multiple by 4,that makes her 48 years old this year.
She used to have a company,a German Shepherd,his name was Galent.
I know,they don't really belong to same breed but guess what,Galent is always a gentleman.
He always give way to Dodo,for her to drink first,eat first and also poo poo first. (Or perhaps dodo was too fierce?)

Galent left us four years ago. Time flies.

Just came back from the LONG LONG flight.

Enjoyed myself for the past eight days, can't complaint much because majority of the crew are nice.Its the flight that was draining.
Yeah,draining is the appropriate word. You just feel like there is nothing left inside after the flight.
Flat and tired, one touch on the soft comfortable bed and thats It! knocked out!

Cooking Corner:

Ingredients:
Chicken Drumstick 2,Chinese Mushroom,Cinnamon Stick,Star Anise,Salt,Sugar,black soy sauce,Oyster Sauce and rice wine!

Recipe:
1. Wash and peel off the skin of the drumstick,you do not want your soup to be SUPER oily.
2. heat up the pot and pour in small amount of oil,when heated up,throw in garlic(s),its really on your liking. P/S: I love Garlic!
3. Add Cinnamon Stick,and Star Anise (just one stick and one piece each will do,if not the soup become bitter!)
4. put chicken drumstick into the pot,and add in black soy sauce,Oyster Sauce,salt and sugar.
5. Add one bowl of water (350ml), stir the chicken and then cover the pot and simmer it for 20 minutes.
6. Add in Mushrooms,and add the rice wine and let it simmer for another 30 minutes.

When the chicken is soft and tender,taste your dish!
Add in sugar/salt to adjust the taste to your liking!
If you like it with RICE,pls make it little more salty!

If not,It serves well as a SOUP itself!

PS: Simmer = when the pot is covered and slowly cooked with gentle heat. =P

Its Italy baby!
I'm visiting a city where their biggest soccer club AS ROMA just lost to MAN United last week. To make sure there is no life threatening danger,I decided to keep away any Jersey or T-shirt Printed with logo of Man Utd.

Indeed, its a city to fall in love with
And over the 48 hours stay in the city,I discovered alot to be remembered and treasured. :)

I touched down on the Friday morning,and decided to have a nap before finding my way to the city.

Rode on the train,and this is serious piece of art.haha~

I stopped at BARBERINI,station where I can find my way to Trevi Fountain.

I can't possibly describe how I feel about the city,its magnificent.

After asking around for directions,I manage to find my way to the very famous Trevi Fountain. (Fontana di Trevi)

legend holds that a visitor who throws a coin into the fountain will ensure a return to Rome. :D

Make the wish..

Everyday there is approximately 3000 Euros being thrown into the fountain.

After visiting the fountain,I walk towards west,and found Pantheon.

Temple build 125 AD and it means "ALL GODS", dedicated to all roman gods.

It is now used as christian church.

Keep walking to the west and I came to Pizza Novana.A square has cafe and act more like a market place.
There are two more fountain found in this square.
Literally,you can find fountain in every corner of Rome.

The sculpture,is astonishing.

Next,I walked to Campo De Fiori,which means "Field of Flowers" in Italian.

Its a rectangular square that filled with restaurants and people that selling goods!
It was pouring when I visited the square,I stayed for no more than 5 minutes and decided to get to my next destination,Colosseum.

This is the stage that held the Gladiatorial game for centuries.
It was built around 72 AD and completed at 80 AD.
For more than 500 years it held as a grand stage for entertainment.

From different angle I get to appreciate the master mind that designed this breath taking arena.

I got back to Colesseum the second day to get inside the arena.
this time I was with San San and Julina

The idea is to take a UGLY picture,and I think it turn out to be non ugly for them but disastrous for me..haha

Since we've paid the entrance ticket,and we have whole day to spare,Julina and I decided to do something vain,like take wedding type of photos.haha

We spent around one and a half hour inside the colesseum,then we proceed to Spagna,the area where international Brand gather and set up their shops.
in other words,we went shopping. haha

I did not take alot of picture around this area as I was too busy looking at the goods and enjoying the sunny afternoon in Rome~ :D

After the lunch meeting,I finally get to meet up with Robin,my long lost brother from Penang.haha~

Went to his place and we spent the afternoon killing each other with PlayStation 2 winning eleven. Enjoyed the gaming sessions and brought me back to days when we were housemates in KL.

Small creature..

Have you ever watch food or travel living type of program on TV channel,
where the host is trying those creepy insects on the road side of Bangkok or China,
and you laugh at them when they dare not try those small creature?

I did.

Hahaha,and karma caught me fast.

I was in Beijing,with my friend bringing me around for Food.
So we reach this road side stall, just like what we seen on TV channel.

and my 'dear' friend trying very hard to convince me to TRY,

"Something you don't eat everyday,and something you HAVE to try!"

With the male ego telling me not to chicken out,
I spent 10 RMB to buy a stick.
It looks just like a Satay,except its not Pork or Beef,
but scorpion.

"Congrats!" my friend grin evilly.

I have to apologise,I didn't bring my DC,so I have to capture these picture with my handphone.

The Fear factor

In fact, they were still moving before being thrown into Oil Wok for deep fried.

To be honest,I feel like to chicken out,although I'm already holding a stick of cooked scorpions.
I put one into my mouth,slowly,just like how you eat SATAY,but 10 times slower.
and I give my first chew,

with a weird facial expression,
the hawker smile at me and said:
"You are suppose to taste the juiciness"

"Juiciness?!" I screamed inside my heart.

Hmmmmmmmm~It taste a little salty,
and the stomach of the scorpion have some fluid.
with the spices added by the hawker,
It actually taste quite nice.

Scary experience,but so far I'm still living and breathing.
*afraid of being poisoned by the scorpion.

I like Melbourne,it has the best balance of western and asia Life style.
It was awesome to meet up with friends in such a beautiful city.

I wake up and find that my Laptop is dead.
DEAD DEAD.
And I have to change the hard disk.
So it means that with new HDD,all the things I have is now GONE.

It will be awhile before I get the software installed and edit my photos. :(

Its been awhile since I last update my blog. :P

Been having sleepless night lately.
Every night sleep around 4am and wake up 2pm in the afternoon.

my Biological clock is so wrong that I do not know when to sleep and eat.

Imagine you run from GMT +0 to +8,then the following life style is +11,and then +13.
Ahhh~ I've probably confused all of you by now..its just the wrong time zone that are killing me..

Manchester + Chatting + Cooking

It was cold,freezing cold.
One thing I dislike about europe's weather is that it always come with strong wind.
The temperature is always bearable,but not these freeze your nose off wind.

I was in Manchester for the weekend.
My second visit,this time I do not have the pleasure of watching Game in Old Trafford.
Instead, I went to City of Manchester Stadium,the home ground of Manchester City Football Club.

Game of the day is Manchester City Against Wigan

Score line is 0-0.
watching a boring game in 2 degree Celcius with strong wind is not helping much,
I almost dozed off.

manage to catch up with Yee Siang and my cousin Yee Ling.
We went to Picadilly Station for a Cup of coffee,and few hours of chatting.

We share alot with each other.
about life,about choices,about future.

My high School mate,My baby cousin sister and I.
Sounds like a weird combination,
but it works out well.

we had great time.

I did cook something the day before I went to Manchester,
something simple,and I enjoyed it very much! :)

regarding my work,
my life.

I never really reveal my sad side to the world.
That belongs to me.
and why should I let this beast out and hurt others?

I mean everything.

People,relationship,goods,matters,ways,etc etc.
you name it.and I can tell you that it has two sides.
or sometimes,even more.

and so when we feel sad over one things,
I am 200% certain that we can look for something GOOD out of this sadness!

Today,before I go down to Orchard,
I tell myself
"Today I will not make unnecessary spending,FOOD only"

and so I head to DING TAI FUNG with Gayna and Ashley for late lunch.
and things go as planned.
I only spend on food, So far.

And then I have enough food in stomach,and the blood sugar is high.
we decided to take a walk,in paragon.

and FOOD only I tell myself.

I end up carrying bags of godos,
a Ben Sherman Polo T,a Levi's Jean and a pair of Lee Cooper Loafers.

and I always see the egyptian civilisation, the large pyramid that stand tall for thousands year in the rural desert.
No body knows how they build it,cos the ancient king killed all the 100,000 workers.
No body knows why,but they just did.

Somebody claimed its a master piece from Alien,its early civilisation from outer space.

Okay!the highlight of my Cairo stay,the PYRAMID!

I went to the pyramid by riding a camel and it was seriously,a bumpy ride!

His name is "whiskey"!

somehow "whiskey" just keep yawning,and the guide said he has too much whiskey last night lol

Its how they stand up,so you need to lean back,and make sound like "zek zek zek"

Haha~Finally!

We are getting closer and closer to the pyramid~

and finally,we get to climb up~

even when the pyramid is really standing infront of me,I still do not know know how they build it,especially for technology from few thousands years ago.

I did manage to go into the mummy room,and saw the mammified body.
its amazing how a body can be preserve for so many years and you can still find hairs on the body.

I had 12 hours sleep after my cairo trip,perhaps that reveals how exhausted I am.

Well I am definately over the moon.
First time in my life I see SNOW!!

Its -4 degree Celcius in Seoul.
I can the feel the cold and chillin air that blow against my face.
EVery breath you take,
you can see the water evaporate from your mouth and nose.

I ran in the rain,after my basketball game. :)

Went to Bedok with gayna and Julia last week,and found out this basketball court.
So yesterday I couldn't hold myself anymore but change my gear and took a CAB to play ball.

It was empty,perhaps I reach there ealier.
So I have some shooting,lay up,and foul line shots.
I feel as if I'm alive again.

Doing things that you like is such a bless!
just that sometimes I overdo it,and I tend to hurt myself in this sport.
And injuries = MC = Probation extended.
HAHA

Its New Year eve, I'm sitting on my bed blogging.

I went to watch uncensored version of "Lust.Caution"
I have to say,it is a brilliant piece of work from Lee Ann.

The movie appears flat and incomplete with the previous version which shown on cinema.
The censored scene is such strong and powerful that complete the movie.
You should watch it. =)

Copenhagen, and more

Just back from Copehagen yesterday
Today and tomorrow will be rotting in Singapore. :P

Well Copenhagen is nice,
mean whule its cold and its definately expensive!
The day I touch down it was raining there and strong wind make it hard to take.

Cold and wet,thats the worst combination.

The hotel is nice,like the room which mainly touch up with white color.
there are few features that I really like about this hotel:

Problem:
you know it is very irritating when you go into the toilet every morning and the floor is icy cold.

solution:
The toilet floor is heated up!!
that means you won't feel the cooling effect transmited from your feet when you step into toilet and ready to wee or bath.

How thoughtful is that!

Problem 2:
when you turn off the light and sleep in the night,sometimes you just need to wake up and find your way to bathroom.
you might knock the side table or tripped over something.

Solutions:
As soon as you move your legs off the bed,there are sensor on the side table which will sense your movement and swich on this tiny LED light that will not scares you out of sudden but yet bright enough to show you the way to the toilet.

Okay I have to say,the food in Copenhagen is VERY expensive!
cost me around $30 for an ordinary lunch.

While walking around the city I manage to find my way to TIVOLI park which is one of the main tourist attraction spot and capture some pictures in the park.

I can feel that Christmas is coming!
the snowman and the christmas trees and Kids who run around!

Am leaving tonight to Copenhagen,
another cold cold Europe destination.

The weather is cold and temperature expected to be 3 degree Celcius or colder.

Hope it doesn't turn me into ice stick.

Lately was I was inspired to draw or rather create something for my room.
Then I went to get some Poster colors and sugar paper.

With colours and the free-crazy thinking brain,
I use my hand to "create" some pattern.
and I can tell you it was absolutely Fun!

this is something I drawn.

Just back from Auckland this morning.
It was a 10 hours flight,no bull,I am freaking tired.
Then I wanted to get a ticket back to Penang,but I failed to do so.

The main reason was,LAST MINUTE decision.
usual Ticket cost me $460 for a round trip.

No way!

Maldives

Okay!My first time to the islands of Indian Ocean.
The weather is Good,the beach is good,the water is absolutely stunning!

The water is so clear that you can tell...this is a SHARK!

Of course,this trip is only a very short stay,I have around 24 hours on the island.
I'm not gonna waste my time,No NO!

I have to say..The view under water is way beautiful than I thought.
when we reach the edge of shallow water..you can FEEL the cold water.
SCARY.I have to say..the DEEP BLUE SEA.

It was absolutely FUN and enjoyable!

Manchester!
The weather is freaking cold.yeah!It was freaking cold!
The day I touched down was around 6 degree Celsius,which is much chilling that I tought it would be.

I am actually a man on mission.
I knew before the flight that there will be a game on the day I touched down and I am extremely eager to watch the game.
Thus the first thing I do when I reach hotel was to approach the concierge for ticket.Ticket to watch Manchester United play against Blackburn Rovers.

Thank God,my dream came true and yes,ticket I got,to catch the game in the afternoon! ^^

The seasonal ticket I bought from some agent,I am MR Corbett for the day!haha!

Then I found out that there are few crew from the other flight are going to the same match!So we decided to go together to watch the game,more people more fun!

Posting while we are on our way to the stadium. ^^

This is the stadium that I always wanted to come,and finally I am here!!

After the game,every one was high and chilled!

The stadium contained 75 thousands people and believe it or not,they flee in minutes!
the stadium was emptied with in 10 minutes after the game!

so I decided to join the Stadium Tour on the next day!

This is the wheel of Manchester that offers "Best View In Town"~ ^^

The weather was very cold,the next day I arrive in Manchester it actually drops to -3 degree Celcius.How crazy is that,for me that belongs to 30 degree Celcius.

I met up with Yee Ling,my cousin and we had dinner in China Town. :)

And then we went to a Bar,together with another friend of mine,since high school.

I return to the hotel and leave the next day.
This trip is so far my best flight ever,best event I ever been to~
Old Trafford,place that I thought I can never be here. ^^
I centainly enjoyend myself and the game was absolutely cracker!
Will come back again!

Was watching the season's biggest match,Man utd vs Arsenal in Seoul.
Jumping up and shouting when Man utd scored.
Was totally upset when Man Utd conceded last minute equilizer.
sigh.

Going to Chennai again,tomorrow.
its no secret that I'm going there twice a week as I share with everyone how "lucky" I am.
The passenger profile is just..."extraordinary".
so special that every body changes that flight away while company are adding in new flight into the same destination.

Had alcohol last night and now I can feel the body-aching,headache effect.
oh yeah,Hang Over.
Was with Arwyn and we had a long conversation by the pub.

enjoyed the companionship and the conversation.

Lack of oxygen on board has make me become more and more forgetful.
During meal service,passenger ask for a cup of Tea and I can forget it when I turn around
"Tea or Coffee ah?" I ask myself
sucks,double confirm with passenger.

Its scary,I need to do more exercise to make sure enough oxygen are supplied to my brain.

I have received quite a number of reply saying that it is sinful by posting food pictures in my blog.
It creats saliva float.

Well Here I come again!! hahahaha!!

I was at OSAKA,
as usual I had sushi,and this

Takomaki! fall in love with it.
The steaming hot content is creamy soft and the tenderness of the octopus just blend in so well with the mayo.on top they have BBQ sauce and also garnish with fish and the fragrance..MA ma Mi ya!

Then I went to Frankfurt,Germany.
What comes to your mind when you heard Germany?
Beer? Sausage?
its this..the world famous Pork Knuckles

Ahhhhhh~The crispy outer layer of the knuckle is so nice to put in your mouth that it melts on your tonge.The juicy flesh beneath is equally temptatious!
if you enjoy eating Korean Kim Chi,the German Saurkraut (fermented cabbage) is equally tasty!!

Next Stop,South Africa Johannesberg
I've heard so much about africa's BBQ and here I am

This is lamb cutlet medium cooked and covered with special mint sauce.
I couldn't describe the taste,the sour sweet mint sauce actually creates such a phenomenal sensation,together with lamb.it is just awesome awesome awesome! YUMMY!

also in Johannerberg,I tried the seafood platter like you can have in Fish & Co or Manhatten Fish Market
It has prince prawns,calamari,fish fillet,mussles,Rice,and also squid head!*swallow saliva

Back from few flights,since my last blog entry.
Now I can feel the effect of rapid travelling or rather,rapid change of life style.

The change of sleeping pattern is the scariest,you just do not know when to sleep and how long you should sleep.

furthermore,diet problem~.when you eat your dinner in Europe(GMT +2),is actually late late supper back in home time.(GMT +8) as the time different is 6 hours!
And the different stuff you put into your mouth determines your health condition.
sometimes you just don't have choices but to eat junk.
and thats my main concern. >_<

Will put up more picture and story when I get back to singapore.
For now,I'm pretty much relaxing myself and try to steal a breath off work.

LA + TOKYO, and my own creation

Aloha,sorry for taking so long to upload my trip's picture~

I was held by US immigration officer for "QUESTIONING" session.
It wasn't really nice to have such an event when you just finish 12 hours flight and the rest of your crew are leaving you heading straight to the hotel.

ARGHh!!
well I have nothing much to do when the officer purposely make you wait.
They only process one person every 20 minutes.I was no.4 in the Q.

So I decided to stare at those police officer that walk past me.
Surprisingly there are many ASIAN cops around,and a really obese lady officer caught my attention.
She is so huge that her uniform was not in a proper shape,yeah It is definately tailor made,but..Still,how can a police officer in that shape possibly function?
Yet I was convienced by the badge and Gun she carried,SHE IS A COP!

This is american food!The portion is good enough to feed two ASIAN.

Hmm,It is some sort of ommelet with beef.
Portion is again,very BIG.Scary.
