Went back to penang.
yeah,Penang again. :)

enjoyed my favourite Penang Hawker food and pretty much satisfied my BIG appetite.
had some quality time with family members.
Thats the most important thing. :)

Lately been thinking quite alot
wanted to fix a direction for myself.strange enough,I'm seeking for direction,still.
Maybe I've become more strange myself,and I didn't realise.

Perth,follow by day off

I went to Perth,lovely beautiful city that are so relax and peaceful.


It was great to meet up with a good friend of mine which I didn't see him for ages.

didn't have much time to hang out with paul cos he need to work at night.

we had some beers and chilli mussels though

yummy!

came back from perth,i have one day off so I can sleep longer..

okay I woke up from nice sleep and decided to have some CRAB to eat.
in pyjamas


so i walk to nearest supermarket to get some crab


Its on offer,4 crabs for $7.95.
And since I can't buy just one(it is $3 for one crab or $7.95 for 4)
I get a bag of crabs.
and bought some chilli,corriander,garlic.

My recipe is simple,just wash and cut chilli,garlic and put aside


Then the crab,wash and chop them into half


okay,now heat up the wok and add in some oil.and then throw in the garlic and allow it to sit in there for awhile.
put in the crabs that are washed and chopped.
add in some red chilli,tomato sauce,sugar and salt.
cook it for around 15 minutes,try the taste.
(always add in more or less to suits your own preference)


Okay it tased good! =)
then add 2 eggs to make the sauce abit more thicker.
when it is finally done just sprinkle the corriander on top of it.
Green+red is always pleasant to the eyes.haha


Go ahead!please try my SWEET n' SOUR CHILLI CRAB~!

My first time to this beautiful place.


The land of wind mill,flowers and dutch lady~haha!
yeah I went to Amsterdam,it was..last week?
okay I'm losing my sense of day and week,I need my watch to know what day today is.

my home for two days.


This is the main reason why I like Europe,breath taking~




I have to admit,they look real cool~haha

The city is so different compared to London,the whole atmosphere is awesome~
people are generally friendly,and I learn some Dutch too~haha~from a very friendly conciarge.

Finally,the ceremony is over.
Surprisingly I am calm through out the whole event,probably its because I finished my study last year,and this is just an official ceremony to announce it..
It marks the completion and achivement of my first degree,I am really glad.
Thanks Mum and Dad for supporting me all the way!

I truly hope that all of you will get the life you want and live to the MAX!

Sydney it is!
It was my second visit in a month,should have blog it last month!
well I think it doesn't matter,in future still have to come here very often!

Its already 9pm when we reach the hotel and yes,very tired >_<

Sandy,she is my Unimates during my study in Brisbane,doing her Master in Nutrition now


Its a same short stay which do not offer much time for a breath.
However I'm glad that still able to meet up with sandy and also had some sight seeing session with Kyoko and Mayo.

It will be perfect if longer stay is available..
haha no more day dreaming..
